Welcome to Tilly’s of Midhurst. Tilly’s of Midhurst is run by husband and wife team Neil and Teresa Cannings. They met over 25 years ago, whilst both working in a country pub and restaurant and have a grown up son, Laurence.
Neil trained and qualified as a chef over 30 years ago. He has worked in a variety of different establishments since then, including the 5 star Cliveden House Hotel which welcomed the Queen Mother as a regular guest.
Teresa’s background was originally in hotel management and hospitality, however for the 15 years prior to opening Tilly’s she had been running another family business which came to an end due to retirement
At Tilly’s each day Neil will be preparing delicious homemade light lunches, soups, savoury tarts, scones, cakes and biscuits, using, whenever possible, locally sourced produce.
